Shop Promise
A new feature launched in 2023 that helps independent businesses communicate reliable and fast delivery dates boosting trust through out buyer experience and increasing conversion by an average of 10%.
My Role
I owned the Checkout and Post-checkout experiences of Shop Promise.
Main Goal
Create a Shop Promise checkout experience that boosted buyer trust and increased conversion.
Processing time
Introduced a net new feature that enables merchants to display estimated delivery dates at checkout.
My Role
Sole product designer collaborating with a content designer, PM, and 3 Engineers.

Design and ship the processing time feature that will help merchants boost trust with buyers.
Print and imposition - CorelDRAW for mac
Our team was tasked with redesigning CorelDRAW Graphics suite from from the bottom up with the goal of crafting a native macOS application that would make users of both CorelDRAW and macOS feel at home.
My Role
I was the sole UX responsible for the print, imposition and export workflows.
Main Goal
Design a native feeling macOS application that retains the essence of CorelDRAW
Non-destructive effects
A new feature in CorelDRAW 2019. Providing users with the ability to apply, modify, delete and reorder bitmap effects on both vectors and bitmaps.
My Role
I was the sole UX and product owner for a scrum of 8 developers and QA representatives.
Main Goal
Create effects infrastructure that enables new pathways for creativity.
